HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation on-line booking Holder shall be necessarily the same as the holder of the card with which payment is made. Where this condition can not be effective (paying parent for a child to a family member, etc..) Should contact us by phone (Spanish speaking) at +34 - 659,856,226 number or by mail to reserv@accommodationrentmadrid.com (other languages) explaining the reason and we will personally reserve for you.
To make a reservation must be made four easy steps:
- Select the apartment you want.
- Check the calendar of availability of property for the dates you are interested in: Select your date of entry and departure, number of nights and number of guests.
- Verify the full rental amount and the details of the apartment.
- Confirm your reservation by paying the reservation deposit. You can pay using our secure payment method via internet or bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, remember that you have to support any charges that your bank can apply on the payment. Then you have to send us immediately the transfer receive of payment, after we will proceed to a provisional block the days that you have selected. When already effective transfer is we will proceed to send the final confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours by e-mail confirmation and other information of your interest. If for any reason not to become effective this amount in 3 working days (for domestic Spanish transfers) or 7 days (for international transfers to Spain), we will cancel your provisional booking.
ADVANCED CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount already paid as a reservation may be applied for other reservations, with the following limitations:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more in advance will be refunded with 90% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations notified within 15 to 30 days will be refunded with 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations notified less than 15 days in advance will lose the total amount paid for the booking
In any case the amount retained will be less than 15 € for expenses. The customer will support the costs of returning bank.
